Because of the unique nature of pianos and the complexity of transporting them, our return policy is more limited than standard retail practices.

• All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, the order cannot be returned or exchanged unless explicitly stated otherwise in the body of the invoice.
  
• This applies to all pianos, accessories, and related products.

In rare cases where a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs of handling, reinspection, and preparation of the instrument for resale.

If a return is authorized, the customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. This includes:

• Freight or courier charges for transporting the piano or accessory back to A440 Pianos
• Any necessary insurance during transit
• Packaging costs to ensure the product is returned in its original condition

Please note that damages incurred during return shipping may affect eligibility for a refund.

• Custom Orders: Instruments built or modified specifically for a customer cannot be returned.
• Clearance or Final Sale Products: Items sold at clearance pricing or marked as final sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
• All Other Sales: Unless otherwise noted in writing on the invoice, all transactions are final.
