Technical  report:

Soundboard  is  superb.

Hammers  and  action  parts  are  good  for  another  50  yrs  at this  rate.

Strings  do not  have  rust.

Tuning  stability  is  good.

Conclusion=  Do not  waste  your time  and $  rebuilding  this  piano  with  non  original   Steinway  parts  you most  likely  would

end  up  with   a  piano  not  sounding  or playing   as  good   as  this  one  in its  present  condition!
