Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• To request a return, contact A440pianos.com.
• Refunds are for the value of the equipment only, minus the cost of any applicable fees and a 20 percent restocking fee.
• Once we receive the return request we will coordinate pickup and return of the piano, determine whether shipping costs will be included in the return, and will inspect the piano before determining issuing a merchandise credit.
• No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.
• Pianos that have been damaged or altered in any way in the buyer’s possession (including improper service) may not be approved for return.
