Terms of Service
Welcome to A440 Pianos. To ensure clarity and transparency in every transaction, the following Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we sell and deliver our instruments and accessories. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.
Product Availability & Accuracy
- In-Stock Products Only: Product availability is limited strictly to items that are currently in stock. While we make every effort to keep our inventory listings updated, availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
- Responsibility for Accuracy: Although A440 Pianos provides descriptions, specifications, and images of each product, these materials are for general reference only. Because pianos are unique and may vary in age, condition, and features, customers are encouraged to confirm the details independently.
We strongly recommend hiring a qualified piano technician or professional to verify the accuracy and suitability of the product before purchase.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- Non-Negotiable Pricing: All prices listed, whether online or in our showroom, are final and non-negotiable unless a specific promotion or discount is clearly indicated at the time of sale.
- Price Changes: Prices may change without notice due to market conditions, availability, or other factors.
- Accepted Payments: Payments must be completed through the approved methods outlined in our Payments Policy (credit card with a processing fee, debit card, financing, bank transfer, or cash on delivery).
Liability Disclaimer
- No Implied Warranty: Unless otherwise expressly specified, all products — including new and used pianos — are sold without any implied warranty. This means that A440 Pianos does not guarantee performance, condition, or future maintenance of the product once it has been sold.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer assumes full responsibility for proper care, handling, and maintenance of the instrument after delivery. A440 Pianos cannot be held liable for wear, tuning, environmental factors, or damage that occurs once the product has left our facility.
Warranties
- No Automatic Warranty: By default, A440 Pianos does not include a warranty on its products.
- Specified Warranty Only: If a warranty is provided, it will be clearly stated in writing on the sales contract or invoice. Only the specific terms listed there will apply, and no additional coverage should be assumed.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase with A440 Pianos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our business by ensuring that every transaction is conducted with transparency and fairness.
